This Is What You Would Be Doing At CRH Romania

  • Collaborate with customers to understand and document the business objectives and the client’s requirements.
  • Seek out solutions that can be leveraged to meet customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain a cohesive, coordinated plan to deliver solutions that meet the customer priorities within budgetary and product requirements.
  • Provide technical support and consultancy to customers in Road Engineering.
  • Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete and asphalt.
  • Promote road products and solutions in different events and exhibitions.
  • Attend in the design and improvement of the road products.
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research.
  • Accurately analyses and forecasts/plans sales volume in order reach the KPI’s.
  • Responsible for Market Intelligence reports for your area/market.
  • Open-minded and keen on understanding the customer needs and to present them optimal technical commercial sound solutions.

This Is What You Will Bring To CRH Romania 

  • University degree in Civil Engineering – Faculty of Railways, Roads and Bridges.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Civil Engineering / Road Construction.
  • Experience in the areas of pre-sales support, applications development, as well as customer product training.
  • Knowledge of soil, asphalt, limestone filler for roads Standards and Norms, cement and concrete Standards and Norms is a plus.
  • Site oriented, with extensive site co-ordination expertise who can develop relationships with clients and contractors alike.
  • Knowledge of the road technology techniques and solutions MS Office tools.
  • Willing to travel approx. 70% of the working time throughout the Country.
  • Availability of driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills (English would be a plus).
  • Problem-solving approach and results oriented.
